Theory of a Deadman es un grupo de Vancouver (Canadá) el cual mezcla post-grunge con country y heavy metal. El nombre procede de la canción “Last Song”, un tema que Connolly tardó 7 años en escribir y relata las vivencias de un hombre antes de suicidarse.
El 17 de septiembre de 2002 aparece su
primer álbum de nombre homónimo del que se extraen cuatro singles
con dos vídeos a nivel internacional “Nothing Could come Between
Us” y “Make Up Yor Mind”. Tyler Connolly fue invitado a
colaborar con Josey Scott y Chad Kroeger para realizar la canción
“Hero” de la BSO de Spider-Man.
El 29 de marzo de 2005 sale a la venta
su segundo álbum “Gasoline” cuyo primer single fue “No
Surprise”. Posteriormente estuvieron de gira con Shinedown y No
Adresss y el tour promocional lo realizaron junto a Breaking Benjamin
y The Exies. Algunos de los temas de este segundo disco formaron
parte del vídeojuego “Fahrenheit (2005)”.
En 2006 versionaron el tema “Deadly
Game” del disco WWE Anthology para el evento pay-per-view “No
Way Out” del World Wrestling Entertainment. Posteriormente la
canción sería incluida en el álbum WWE Wreckless Intent.
Su tercer álbum fue “Scars and
Souvenirs” publicado el 1 de abril de 2008 y ha sido el que mayor
ha éxito ha cosechado hasta el momento. Su tema “Not Meant To Be”
forma parte de la BSO de “Transformers II”.
Su cuarto disco sale a la venta el 12
de julio de 2011: “The Truth Is…” y su próximo álbum será
publicado el 8 de julio de este año.

The truth is... - Theory of a Deadman
Theory of a Deadman is a group of
Vancouver (Canada) which mixes post-grunge to country and heavy metal
sounds. The name comes from the song titled "Last Song ", a
song which to Connolly took seven years to write and tells the
experiences of a man before killing himself.
The September 17, 2002 their first
eponymous name album is released with four singles extracted from it
with two International videos: "Nothing Between Us Could eat"
and "Make Up Yor Mind". Tyler Connolly was invited to
collaborate with Chad Kroeger and Josey Scott for the song "Hero"
from the soundtrack of Spider-Man.
The March 29, 2005 goes on sale their
second album "Gasoline" whose first single was "No
Surprise". Subsequently they were toured with Shinedown and No
adresss and in promotional tour will with Breaking Benjamin and The
Exies. Some of the songs of this second album were part of the
videogame "Fahrenheit (2005 )".
In 2006 adapted the theme "Deadly
Game" from the WWE Anthology Disc for the pay-per -view event
"No Way Out" of World Wrestling Entertainment. Then the

successful album so far. Its song "Not Meant To Be" is part

Their fourth album went on sale on July
12, 2011: "The Truth Is ... " and the next one will be
ready on July 8 of this year.
